Ingredients
For the fillets:
4 chicken fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the filling:
100g feta or mozzarella cheese
50g sun-dried tomatoes
A handful of fresh spinach
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
Optional: a few fresh basil leaves
For frying/baking:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chicken broth (optional)
