This homemade poultry cold cut is a real favorite at our breakfast table!

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl until smooth.

Form the dough into a compact roll and wrap tightly in a roasting bag or plastic wrap. Seal the ends tightly.

Place in a pot of hot water and let it steep with the lid on over low heat for about 45 minutes.

Remove, let cool, and then refrigerate for at least four hours – preferably overnight.

Then unwrap, slice, and refrigerate for 4–5 days.
