How To Make Garlic Steak and Potatoes
Step 1: Prep & Preheat:
Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large mixing bowl, add the steak pieces, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Step 2: Assemble the Foil Packets:
Cut four sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12×12 inches. Divide the steak-and-potato mixture among the four sheets, placing it in the center. Fold and crimp the foil around the food to seal each packet tightly, keeping steam inside as it cooks.
Step 3: Bake:
Set the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the steak reaches your preferred doneness.
Step 4: Serve:
Open each packet carefully—hot steam will escape. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and enjoy.
