Simply toast all the slices of bread and arrange them in a large square on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Slice the tomatoes about 0.5 cm thick and arrange them on top of the toasted bread slices. Season the tomatoes generously with seasoning salt.
Roughly chop or tear the basil leaves and arrange them on top of the tomatoes.
Then slice the mozzarella and top the toasted bread slices with it (1 ball for 2 slices of toast).
Another delicious treat: a cottage cheese cake with 900 g of cottage cheese in the oven in 5 to 10 minutes.
Bake the toast on the middle rack at 200°C (fan oven) for 25 minutes (do not preheat the oven!).
The mozzarella should be golden brown and completely melted.
