Whipped Brie with Chili Oil

In a food processor or with a hand mixer, whip Brie with heavy cream until smooth and creamy. Adjust salt to taste.

In a small saucepan, warm olive oil over low heat. Add chili flakes and smoked paprika, cooking for 30 seconds to infuse the oil.

Drizzle the chili oil over the whipped Brie.

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with crackers, bread, or toasted baguette slices.
