Yogurt and Berry Popsicles

Arrange the raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries harmoniously on top of the yogurt.

Push a stick into the center of each wafer so that it stands upright (the yogurt should be thick enough to hold them).

Freezing โ„๏ธ

Place the popsicles in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until they are completely set.

Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹

Serve immediately from the freezer for a frozen effect, or let them sit at room temperature for 5 minutes for a softer texture.

๐Ÿ’ก Handy Tip
Coat the wafers with melted chocolate before adding the yogurt to prevent them from softening in the freezer!

๐Ÿ” Ingredient Swap
You can replace the berries with pieces of mango, kiwi, or peaches to vary the flavors while maintaining a nice freshness.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Texture Tip
For a more “creamy-icy” effect, mix a spoonful of crรจme fraรฎche or mascarpone into the yogurt before freezing.
