Egg fried bread: the recipe for an easy and appetizing starter

Fried egg bread is a dish to serve as an appetizer. Easy to prepare and inexpensive, it is perfect for consuming leftover stale bread that would otherwise have to be thrown away.

To prepare it, you need a few ingredients, which you probably already have at home: eggs, yogurt, flour, salt, parsley, and cheese.

How to make fried bread with an egg
Cut the baguette into slices.

Beat the eggs and add the yoghurt, flour, salt, cheese and parsley.

Dip the bread slices in the mixture and fry them in a pan on both sides.

Tip
If you prefer, you can omit the parsley.
