Apricot and Almond Tart – Douceur Soleil for dessert

Here’s a summer cake that melts in your mouth! Between the crispy crust, the golden and juicy apricots, and the toasted almond slivers… It’s a concentrate of sweetness. Perfect for serving warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it has everything to become the star of your seasonal desserts!
Ingredients:
1 shortcrust pastry (homemade or ready-made)
8 to 10 ripe, but firm apricots 🍑
80g brown sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 tbsp ground almonds
1 tbsp flour
40g flaked almonds
1 beaten egg (for the egg wash) 🥚
1 tbsp honey (optional) 🍯
1 pinch of salt
