Spicy Brussels sprouts and ground beef stir-fry 🥦

Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 500g ground beef
• 500g Brussels sprouts
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 bell pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Seasonings of your choice (e.g., salt, pepper, paprika)
• Parsley for garnish

Preparation:
1. Prepare the sprouts: Thoroughly clean the sprouts by removing the outer leaves and trimming the ends. Blanch the sprouts in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
