200g dark baking chocolate (70% cocoa recommended)
40g golden raisins
40g red raisins
30g dried cranberries
30g dried cherries
30g unsalted pistachios
30g whole almonds
30g whole hazelnuts

π« Melt the chocolate:
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie (or in the microwave in 30-second batches, stirring each time to prevent it from burning).
π₯ Shape the bites:
Using a small spoon, place discs of melted chocolate on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (or in round silicone molds like mini muffins for a regular shape). Recommended thickness: about 0.5 to 1 cm.
π° Garnish each bite:
Before the chocolate sets, arrange the following evenly on each round:
a few golden and red raisins
1 or 2 cranberries
1 dried cherry, cut in half
1 almond, 1 hazelnut, and 1 to 2 pistachios
