Pfizer (finally) lists the side effects of its vaccines

Following a US court order, Pfizer has published a detailed list of side effects associated with its Covid-19 vaccines. This disclosure follows years of controversy and questions about the safety of these products, which were developed in a rush during the pandemic. The revealed document spans nearly 300 pages and lists consequences ranging from severe to moderate, all related to vaccination.

A Belated Recognition of Risks
Like all vaccines, those developed against Covid-19 have side effects. However, their rapid development in the midst of a health crisis has raised legitimate concerns about their safety profile. For a long time, health authorities in many countries, including France, downplayed the existence of these adverse effects, likely to avoid slowing down mass vaccination campaigns carried out under intense social pressure.

The now-available list reveals the extent of the phenomenon. An additional factor complicates the picture: not all vaccine batches are of the same quality, meaning that not all vaccinated individuals were exposed to the same risks depending on the batch received.
