Cook tomatoes like this and eat them every day! The results will be incredible.

Ingredients:

4 ripe tomatoes (cherry or roma work great)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or oregano (optional)

A pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

Slice tomatoes in half (or quarters if large).

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
