2–4 white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia work well)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or fresh)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter, melted

1/4 cup dry white wine (optional but traditional)

Salt & pepper to taste
