For the chicken:
2β3 chicken breast fillets
Salt & pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
50 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
50 g breadcrumbs (or panko)
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp olive oil or clarified butter for frying
For the creamy garlic sauce:
1 tbsp butter
3β4 garlic cloves (finely chopped or pressed)
200 ml heavy cream
50 ml chicken broth (or water with instant powder)
30 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper
Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice or nutmeg
Fresh parsley for garnish

1. Prepare the chicken:
Flatten the chicken breast fillets if necessary to ensure even cooking.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Breading:
Prepare 3 plates:
1: Flour
2: Beaten egg
3: Parmesan + breadcrumbs, well mixed
First coat the chicken in flour, then in the egg, then in the Parmesan mixture.
