100g peanut butter
70g oat flakes
1 tablespoon applesauce (no added sugar)
2 tablespoons water

Prepare the base
Blend the oat flakes in a food processor until they form a fine flour.
Form the dough
Add the peanut butter, applesauce, and water to the blended oats.
Blend until you obtain a smooth, slightly sticky dough. Shaping the Cookies
Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-assisted).
Scoop out small portions of the dough with a spoon and form balls with your hands.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Decorate and Bake
Flatten each ball with a fork, forming a grid pattern (pressing vertically and then horizontally).
Bake for 10 minutes, until the cookies are lightly golden around the edges.
Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
