Ingredients (for about 2 baking sheets):
150g Cheddar (preferably mature, freshly grated)
1 small onion, finely chopped or grated
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Freshly ground pepper
Optional: Chives or parsley (finely chopped)
Preparation:
Preheat oven:
Preheat to 180°C (conventional) or 160°C (fan oven).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the ingredients:
Coarsely grate the Cheddar.
Finely chop the onion or grate it.
