Savory pancakes with dill and cheese

3 chicken eggs

500 ml milk (divided into 300 ml and 200 ml)
200 grams flour
30 grams melted butter
Fresh dill, chopped
60 grams grated cheese
Olive oil, for frying
Instructions: Make the batter:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and add a pinch of salt.
Pour in 300 ml of milk and mix well.
Gradually add the flour to the egg and milk mixture, stirring constantly to ensure the batter is smooth and lump-free.
