Spelt bread with 100g of yogurt that I bake every week!

Ingredients:
250 g water
10 g fresh yeast (1/4 cube)
350 g wheat flour type 550
150 g spelt flour
100 g Greek yogurt
2 tsp salt
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
First, heat the water and dissolve the yeast in it. Be careful not to let the water get too hot, otherwise the yeast will be ineffective! Meanwhile, dust a bowl with flour.
Then, combine the flour, yogurt, salt, honey, and vinegar with the yeast water in a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook and knead for about 4 minutes.
