Strawberry Sheet Cake

Ingredients
For the Cake:

1 box white cake mix (15.25 oz)

1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin (like Jell-O)

4 large eggs

½ cup whole milk

½ cup vegetable oil

¾ cup mashed fresh strawberries (or thawed frozen)

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

3–4 cups powdered sugar (adjust for sweetness/thickness)

½ cup finely chopped fresh strawberries (juiced a bit to reduce moisture)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

🧁 Instructions
1. Make the Cake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and flour a 9×13-inch sheet pan.

In a large bowl, combine:

White cake mix

Strawberry gelatin powder

Eggs

Milk

Oil

Mashed strawberries
